Convenient location to the Busch garden amusement park, all was perfect. Besides, it was 5 mins walk from Kingsmill Beach.

The breakfast was freshly prepared and there was plenty of delicious food. Booked a room with walk in shower. The location was marvellous, on the river, in the great area. Btw, went to the lake in the evening, it was 800 ft from the venue.

I loved how the multiple pool options created fun experiences for the whole family, especially the lazy river-it killed it! The fine views of the James River from our Beautiful King Room were amazing at sunset. Plus, the on-site spa provided the perfect relaxing escape after a day full of activities.

The indoor pool and sauna were great, especially with the rainy weather. Access to laundry in the apartment added a nice touch for our short stay.
